Vetfriends.com veteransfriends.com they popped up when I was registering for shopmyexchange.com. all of a sudden they charged me $97 for joining them. I immediately told them I did not want it. This was on July3,12018.  Dale Bennett.

I was trying to register for shopmyexchang.com. It is a veteran site for online buying. They popped up saying here are your benefits and ask that you fill in blanks, making one think you are still registering for the shopmyexchange.con site. all of a sudden they tell you you have been charged $97 for a life membership to Vetfriends. I called immediately to tell them that this was not what I was registering fior and not to cg=harge nmy account. This was on July3, 2018. I left a message and I also wrote them a message telling them that it was too expensive. Recently they fiinally texted me telling me my membership had been canceded. I waited for my bank to rel=flect my credit, when it did not show up, I texted them and asked how soon   that would be. Their rep Letisha Brown, texted back that it was NOT refundable. WHat a scam !!! I am really angry about this. This site is probaby popping up in other sites missleading vets and taking our money. What can you do about this.

I tried calling many times and theytake a message and never called. they cancelled my membership but refuse to give me my money back Its a scam on Veterans I never saw anywhere that nit was nonrefundable and I also thought nI was registering for the site mentioned. They just popped in making people believe they are registering for shopmyexchange and really just taking your money. I am sure others have complained as I saw this on your web site, What can you do about it. Dale Bennett.
