Video professor claims to have a wonderful program and good service. In my case , I didn't get either. I signed up hoping to get a free cell phone they said came with the offer. I had second thoughts ,and talked to someone at their office and cancelled that same day. 1 week later , I recieved 1 video and wrote across the front 'Not accepted " and it was sent back . I then e-mailed them 3 times with no reply , that I had cancelled. When I checked my bank account , they had robbed me of $130.00 . Since they never replied , I am now repaying that money , plus fees for the overdraft they caused.
Video professor is a scam and a fraud. The only thing you will learn is to check any offer out TOTALLY before you sign up. Call the Better Business Bureau , or look on RipOff Report. Whatever you do , never trust Video Professor.
