Arrived home after an extended period away from home. Mail delivery received in bulk as mail was "on hold" with the USPS. In this shipment was one video. Checked my credit card statements on-line to learn that I had 2 shipping charges, plus two charges for two videos.

Both videos returned June 26, 2007, checking credit card for credit for these found another charge from Video Professor for the amount of $3.69?? But no credit for those previously shipped!

Have recently been released from hospital and am awaiting delivery of mail that has been on hold with USPS. Shall I make a prediction: there will be another unordered Video which I will also have to pay for packing and returning.

My letter may have been answered, but until I get my mail the answer to that is unknown....Since the company does not provide a phone number on the invoice, it is not until today, July 17th that I logged on to search for the company..and discovered this practice seems to be a distinct habit of Video Professor.

As a permanently disabled individual living on a Very fixed income, frivolous spending is not my habit. My letter of June 26th clearly explained that I did not place the order.....

Something must be done

After several phone calls to and from Video Prof. did refund approp. 90% of the charges.

I suggest you watch for multiple shipping charges, they billed me double for each shipment over time. Yet unaware of this detail by the time the second shipping charge came though, they considered their 'case' closed.

Also, demand same shipping charges if you must pay to ship back, you'll want at least delivery confirmation which there is an add'l charge by / from USPS.

Received a 3rd unordered 3-Disc set witk mail 7/18. Also, 2 separate letters acknowledging previous return of 2 titles! Even though I wrote a detailed letter and included with the return ( 1 box) it was obviously ignored since they are now instructing me to call them and explain the problem......

I guess that explains the 3rd shipping charge on my credit card....now I will probably have to pay to have this one returned and fight for all those credits as well.....

They are parasites

You have learned the hard way what Video Professor does to scam people. Read other reports on this website and learn how others have gotten credit, and perhaps even stopped the charges. Otherwise if you do nothing they will continue to bill you for their worthless CD's. You would be wise to cancel your credit card and change accounts, this may stop them or not if they try to force a sale. To ensure no more charges you would have to cancel your credit card account and go to another bank for a new card. Drastic measures but you are dealing with drastic people that do not care about your personal situation the only thing they care about is that whatever money you do have goes from your bank to their bank.
