Vine Vera I decided to visit the mall after a doctor's appointment and purchase some popcorn when the young lady came up from Vine Vera and ask me for my hand and I'm kind of declined but she stated that she had something to show me and it was a hand cream for my nails it felt really great my cuticles were softer and the nail bid was extremely in luminous and I feel really good about the product so I did purchase it for $88.20 she then wanted me to try some of her facial cream and I told her that I was in a hurry but she insisted that it would make me feel much better once she was done with the pill and the cream it felt really great and comforting and she offered it to me for $199 which I refused and told her that I could not afford that she had tried to give me two extra products for free if I was willing to purchase it 499 and again I refused * CHICAGO Illinois

 *..she tried to get me to purchase another product for a smaller size in the amount of $99 but I explained to her I could not afford that at that particular time I left the following day when I went to go and purchase fuel for my vehicle I found out that vine Vera had also taking the remaining balance of what I had on my card which was $154 but because in actuality I only had 129 I was charged the additional $26 by my bank which normally doesn't happen because it's supposed to be a prepaid card that blocks Merchants from overcharging me when I call to dispute this with the bank I was told one I had to go back to the merchant or either contact them unfortunately there is no telephone number for them secondly I didn't have the fuel or ability to go back into the city to purchase not even wrong word to dispute what happened to me I am now in the negative had to borrow money for gas all because I refused so basically I believe they took my information sign my name to a receipt for cream that I did not want to purchase because you won't do this whole demonstration thing and now I have to wait 15 days for them to validate whether or not they're going to return this money back to me in addition to all of this I'm still responsible for the overdraft fee from my bank whenever I do have funds deposited into their I am totally pissed that I even allow myself to be duped like that because I don't normally do it and I shouldn't have never even purchased the hand and nail cream that this little gave me so I'm very very very mortified and my experience and will never in life deal with anyone at a kiosk ever again*

I was approached by a Vine Vera sales person who encouraged me to try a hand product I was very impressed with the results and felt that I could at least spare the $88 according to the way she described the long-term effects of the product she had informed me that it would last me for a couple of years after that I was ready to go and then she asked me about a facial which I never had in my life I've always used products from company drug stores and such so I was just willing to try and briefly pamper myself the results felt amazing but when she told me that the price for the facial kit was almost $200 I refused she tried to offer me a smaller size jar for $99 and throw in some additional free products but I also refuse those I'm not sure what happened but the very next day I received an alert from my bank that the card that I use will send the negative balance and that it was due to an additional purchase for $154 from this company which I did not authorize when I asked for telephone information to contact them to dispute the information I was told by my back that they had not provided one I was also informed by the bank that it would take up to 15 days before any dispute was resolved and whether or not the dispute was legitimate would be entirely up to what the merchant stated or that I could go back to the kiosk where I purchased it from mind you I discovered there was something wrong with the car when I went to go and purchase fuel for my vehicle and told that my card had been temporarily suspended I am extremely pissed right now because normally I don't allow those things to happen to me I looked at the receipt that I had for the nail and hand cream and realize that there were no refunds and that I can only exchange it out which I don't want to do at this point especially after reading some of the reports that were made about this company in addition to this I have to borrow money in order to make sure that I can support my Transportation calls this also conflicted with what balance I had left on my card if purchasing groceries because I don't eat just anything I'm a pescatarian and so I rely on being able to buy the food that I need and now I can't even do that thanks to this company most importantly I feel completely helpless and dude and astonished because I don't feed into any type of scams whatsoever and the card I used was supposed to block any transactions from happening whenever the amount is higher than what my balance is and the company didn't even do that I'm sorry the bank didn't do that so with that being said I now have to cover $26 extra that they were still not authorized to take and wait for any additional money until my next pay. Which is almost two weeks away.
