VIP Readers Service Scammers. Impossible. Disgusting Lakewood, Ohio

I recieved a solicitation call from Vip Readers Service and ordered numerous magazines, a verbal agreement. Approximately a month later around Oct 1st I knew I would never be able to read all the magazines I wrote to them requesting cancellation of all mags and no more payments would be made. They informed me I cannot cancel due to verbal agreement. Several phone calls and correspondance with no results. I changed credit card # but magazines keep coming. All this is after a certified letter to them on Dec. 8, 2009 and one on Feb. 8,2010 and I have proof that they were recieved with signature from one of their staff. I let them know I have no intention of paying them and it will be their loss but mags keep coming. They are totally ignoring my request and sending bills with past due notices and late charges.
