Virgin Mobile Usa rude and unhelpfull there managers treat customers like idoits Internet

I called on Sept. 25 and spoken to a male he never gave his name who asked for my identification then hung up on me after a min I called back and spoke to Shirley who was rude and wouldn't let me explain my concerns. then I was transferred to a manager name Renee he was a male who told me I was a idiot who needed to learn to read after calling me an idiot threw out the conversation he hung up on me as well

I then called back for a third time and spoke to a woman name Mildred who told me that the computer was doing an update but to tell who I spoke to that I would get a refund for my problems I talked a woman again didn't get a name who was rude and mean and wouldn't let me explain myself so I asked for a manager names Vince who then told me that there was no Mildred that I talked to and that I was lying

so I asked to speak to someone else this time a woman names Olivia who wouldn't let me get in a word edge wise she told me she wouldn't help me that I should just deal with it and began to tell me that I need to know that she doesn't have time to argue that I wouldn't be helped and if I call back I wouldn't be helped but disconnected from service and she hung up I am very frustrated and wont be continuing my service with this company
