Vitalspring Technologies is suffering (quietly). They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to: employees (both former and current), vendors, landlords, legal services, investors...just about everybody that comes across this company. Often employees are asked to hold off on cashing their payroll checks because there is not enough money in the account to cover it. Expense reimbursements (accounts payable) are continuing to add up, with no possibility of ever being paid back. The poor mis-management of funds has resulted in high employee turnover. What is left of the staff is a few dedicated Indians who will stay with the ship until it sinks (or until they drown). Don't feel sorry for this organization. Feel sorry for the people that used to work there and pray for the for the ones that are still working there. How is this company surviving? The gravy train of investors has long since depleted. Don't be foolish like others before, stay away from this company! They will only serve to use you for what they can, and dispose of you when you no longer can sustain them.

False Reports . Court Ordered by Crush Your Competition

AUTHOR: Anthony Cobalis VitalSpring Technol - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 08, 2013

Court Ordered by Crush Your Competition. They were ordered to Apologize to all the companies the posted false reports about.
Apology

We Apologize

Dear Dr. Potarazu,

We are sorry and embarrassed. But most of all, we are deeply sorry for posting on RipoffReport.com and other complaint websites, what turned out to be false information about yourself and VitalSpring Technologies. We were negligent in posting the content provided by our client, who we now know was in fact your competition.

Words cannot express how truly sorry we are for the anxiety, frustration, inconvenience and monetary loss that you, your family, friends and colleagues experienced. This is especially saddening because we were founded on the promise to help those with online defamation.

We made a huge mistake by not researching our client before posting disparaging content and in your case we know we failed you by harming your reputation by posting false complaints against you.

We are committed to making this up to you and are taking immediate corrective steps to regain public confidence in us as we reorganize our company. We have begun putting a comprehensive plan in place to provide a better, more ethical service. You deserved better - a lot better

William Mathews

Crush Your Competition.

Another side of the story...

AUTHOR: Employee - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 21, 2011

While some incidents might have occurred, it is not fair to characterize this company in this manner.  The company has come a long way and it is now in better shape than ever.  There haven't been payroll delays in a long time.  There aren't any luxuries (similar to many software development companies), but employees have what they need to perform their jobs.

And it's simply not true that "what is left of the staff is a few dedicated Indians".  Several employees have been with the company for more than five years and only a handful of developers are foreigners.

There is another side to the story.  The company has some very good people and competent and dedicated professionals. After all, this company is still in business after twelve years and remains fully supported by its investors.

Sad, but True

AUTHOR: Former Employee - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 17, 2010

Unfortunately everything you have heard is true.  Morally corrupt leaders who attack after leaving in the best terms possible.  Bouncing payroll checks, delay in pay, health insurance being canceled -- it's unfortunate.

The product is not bad, but not sustainable.  I feel bad for those who stay on a sinking ship despite knowing it's going under fast.

Good luck to them, they are going to need it.  I betta get my final check too!

Helpless ex-employee

AUTHOR: Greenberg law - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 10, 2010

As a coleague of this disgutnled employee, I know the truth-he was fired beacuse he did not produce. The one to stay away from is this employee who is useless. Those of us that are still at VitalSpring are proud of it. Most companies were gone years ago. Its useslees employees like this guy who make it bad for the rest. The company has much more than just a few Indians-

It's no smear campaign.

AUTHOR: Formeremployee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 08, 2009

To the previous rebutter who claims that this is all a big smear campaign, I can attest at least partly to the truth of initial assertion:

"They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to: employees (both former and current), vendors, landlords, legal services, investors...just about everybody that comes across this company. Often employees are asked to hold off on cashing their payroll checks because there is not enough money in the account to cover it."

Employees ARE asked (actually, forced) to hold off on cashing payroll checks. Checks are frequently delayed (sometimes by weeks) due to cash shortages.

I have no knowledge of landlords or legal services, but I can also attest that they owe at least two vendors I know of several thousand dollars. I have it on good authority that investors are also owed significant sums of cash.

You be the judge.

Smear Campaign Has To Stop

AUTHOR: D. Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 05, 2009

The smear campaign brought on by this author needs to stop. And in order to stop this campaign I will expose them for all to see. This will help their family, friends and co-workers see the real person that they are.

I have the IP address and knowledge. I ask the author to pull their report. It is wrong, wrong, wrong. And that is all I am going to say.
