Vivid Seats Sold us two tickets side by side (seats 7 and 8). When we entered the stadium, Seat 7 was good, but Seat 8 came back as Invalid Ticket Chicago IL

Vivid Seats sold me two seats together (seats 7 and 8). I purchased these tickets two months before the event. They were digital tickets opened through their app. When we went to enter the venue, we were stopped to scan our tickets. Seat 7 was good. Seat 8 came back as invalid ticket. I was sent to the stadium box office to try to get resolved. There was nothing they could do for me except tell me that somebody was already sitting in seat 8 and to use Ticketmaster next time! Imagine that...the box office told me to use TicketMaster next time!!! 

The box office gave me the number for Vivid Seats. I called Vivid Seats and explained the situation. By half time this still was not resolved. Vivid Seats then stated that they had sent me two other tickets, but they would not open up and I could not use those tickets. By then it was too late anyway. My wife was tired of waiting for me to get into the game and she came out during the 3rd quarter. We then left very disappointed with Vivid Seats! 

It is now going on 2 weeks since I contacted Vivid Seats to get this resolved. I expect a full refund for the tickets.  This stadium is nearly an hour away from our house.  We also had to get a babysitter and purchase a parking pass for this event. This was an entire day ruined!!!
