Vivint Canada sucks I can't and wont speak on the states. But vivint management sucks and don't think about working for vivint in eastern canada if you don't want to be under paid and over worked. The company is cheap and the manager CV treats you like s**t. He will insult you and your character with other workers and management. They will belittle you and vivint will take over your life with all there manditory conference calls daily and they have no remorse when it comes to telling you to work whenever and where ever. 

I work for ROGERS CANADA now and here I am treated like a human being not a race dog. Be careful because you might be getting used equipment in you home. I was forced to use used equiptment all the time. They would still work but they came out of other peoples homes when they decided to cancel within the 30 day contract. We would then pick that pulled equiptment from the ex customers house and use it for new installs. Vivint please train your managers not to act like retired cops where they try to use reverse psychology when speaking with there workers.
