I ordered two frontal lace wigs and a product that they suggested to help tame the curls of one of the wigs. When my ordered arrived, i had not received the product (Curl Detangler) which I had paid for as part of the order.

I waited several days thinking that they would send it later, but it never arrived. I have tried emailing them and have call the toll free number several times during various times of the day and I am always routed to the voice mail to leave a message.

I was going to file with the BBB in Atlanta, but 99 complaints have already been filed on them and of course they are not a member of the BBB. I will in the future check out this website before I purchase anything else online.
