Bought a wig from Vogue wigs, the color was not what I wanted so I returned it for an exchange. When I first got the wig and opened the box there was a hair net that was not on the wig so I put it back on , the net should have been on the wig. I got a email from them saying they were taking 50% of the money I paid them because the wig was not in the orignal condition that they sent and that I touched the wig and California health laws say they can't resell it. I explained that the net was not on the wig when I got it but they did not care. They said I would have to pay The 50% back if I wanted to exchange it or they will send it back to me. They do not give refunds only exchanges that is if you don't touch the wig. This is a big rip off !!!!! Please do not do business with this company. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. They keep your money and where does it go, back in there pocket.
