Vogue Wigs, not easy to exchange.

I recently purchase two wigs from them. It is clearly stated their return policy. But, if you follow the rules, that still does not mean you will get the exchange due you.

I purchased the wigs, when they arrived, you could plainly see the color of one was way, way off of the picture. They suggest you buy a color swatch from them before ordering due to different computers having different settings for colors, but you would think it would be close. I expected it not to be identical but at least in the same color scheme. The color of the picture was cherry red and black. The wig I received was Halloween orange and black. So okay i can see this through the packaging and do not open it as it says on the website.

The second wig, I did open, it looked okay. When I took it out of the packaging I knew it could not be returned for the full credit. The wig was much shorter than the one in the picture and at that point I was stuck with it because, you guessed it, I opened it. It does say on the site Do not take the tags off. I did not take the tags off. Guess what? They received the wigs but are claiming the tags were there but separated from the wigs. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the wigs tags were not removed by me. I asked about the condition of the packaging upon their receiving it and they said it looked fine. Then how did the tags get off of the wigs? Of course, being the tags were removed they want to charge me a 50% restocking fee.

Personally, I don't think I should have to pay that on either but I did open the one wig not expecting it to be that short, and curly. The wig I ordered was somewhat straight.  I did open it, but still. The other wig, I never opened and the tags were there. I will accept responsibility on the opened wig, (that should have been what was represent in the first place) but not the second one.

I agree with the other poster about this company. They have someone who is maybe not up to par and honest in their dealings.

I have tried to contact this company by phone, but all I ever get is a busy signal.  I can't find the mailing address anywhere on the site. They did however give it to me for the return, but why is not listed. I don't know, but buyer beware. If it works out and they do what they should, I will repost. If you don't hear from me again, well then you can decide for yourself how it turned out.
