VoIP Your World Unauthorized withdrawal From Bank Account in the amount of $38.48 Brookline New Hampshire

I want to report illegal activity from my bank account by a so called company VoIP your world. These people have withdrawn $38.48 from my account on March 31,2015. I was able to reach someone at that time the number I reached them on was 1-888-347-2771. I spoke to a gentlemen with a foreign accent and I told him at that time I had know idea who they were and didn't authorize that withdrawal from my account.   He told me that my money would be refunded and that was it This was March 31st I have yet today seen a refund. While checking my account on May 29th  2015 another withdrawal  for $38.48 has been withdrawn from my account again. I tried contacting them and this Time it says customer service is unavailable  please leave voicemail. this cannot be a legit company. No legit company has a recording of such . I am now out of $76.96 because they withdrew from my account again. I think these fraudulent people got a hold of my information when I applied  for  a payday loan on line.  So I am assuming that  I need to contact my bank because it looks like these people or  so called company is going to continue to go into consumers accounts  when and if they please. I am reporting them as fraudulent and rip offs!
