 I work for Volt workforce solutions and so far I was happy working for my employer until Volt enrolled me in some kind of health insurance starting that they had to although I explained I already had Medical insurance. I never applied for this health care insurance and I don't even know what I am paying for. I called the insurance provider to mail me a brochure or something that shows my benefits but never got anything from them (Aetna) Due to this matter I have not been able to pay my child support and can possibly be arrested on the 20th of this month if I don't pay the full amount. I can't pay because I don't get to keep anything from my paycheck. I have explained this matter to the insurance company and my employer Volt but so far no one has taken the time to look into this or try to find a solution to this matter. I pay close to 500 dollars a month which is a huge amount of money for me. II am extremely scared about the results from not being able to pay the child support and going to Jail for it. I was told my passport will get canceled I have piles of letters from the court house trying to collect money but I can't pay otherwise I would be homeless. I have Medical I was a proved for it because I don't make a lot of money to afford this and no one seems to understand I would have never applied for any health insurance because I didn't have the need for it. I don't know what to do and if there is anything I can do about this matter. Some please help me I am extremely stressed over this matter I feel like I am going to loose my head. My child is more important to me than my health and yet I can't afford to take care of her. Anyone with any kind of information or advice is highly welcome.
