Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I just got off the phone with Vonage. What a scam! Cost me not only almost $200.00 in phone call charges to my place of business and to my in-laws, but then charged me $119 to disconnect the dam service! They don't put that crap in their TV ads!! DO NOT use this service! Got our first phone bill at our restaurant and little did I know that every time I got a call from my Vonage number or called my Vonage number, I got charged .58 cents for a minute. These charges added up quickly being I live and have a business in the SAME town it's just a little ridiculous.

I can not find anywhere on the Vonage Site where they even have International Numbers available. You list your city as Willits CA which is Area Code 707, which is listed by Vonage as an available area code.
What Area Code did they give you?
What plan did you sign up with?
