Urban Lending Solutions is masquerading as Bank of America Office of the CEO and President.  For nearly 4 years I have been writing to Brian T Moynihan, complaining about the modification process.  Little did I know all correspondence was handled by Urban Lending Solutions.  I had never missed a mortgage payment, applied for modification, followed all directions, then they put me in foreclosure.  All the time I thought I was working toward modification, Walled Lake Credit Bureau, a wholly owned subsidiary of ULS, was preparing to foreclose.  It's called dual tracking.  No intent to modify.  I finally was offered 'modification' which would have added $56,000 to my debt.

The way I found out about ULS and Walled Lake Credit was researching the phone number on fedex packages.  Not one single piece of paperwork identifies either company.
