Walmart Family Mobile T-Mobile Treating me like I'm on contract, threat of credit report to credit union El Dorado Hills California

I tried Walmart Family Mobile as it was a few dollars less that Straighttalk. I purchased a sim card for an unlocked phone, for a partila month, 19 days. The signal was not good enough so I let the time run out, 19 days. About 3 weeks later I get a threatening letter from them telling me that I owe them $45,44 and they are trying to collect a debt. How can you owe any monies when you have to pay in advance, go figure. I attempted to contact them, the Customer Service Number phone number was nothing but recordings, no way to contact a human, on their website they do not offer an email contact, so I wrote them a letter telling them:

To Whom It May Concern:

Family Mobile is not a contract service, it’s month to month, I tried your service for about 19 days and found the signal was not good enough for the places I travel.

You provide no way of making contact with your company except through snail mail, no humans to call and talk to, no email contact, I didn’t even have your mailing address until I received your correspondence.

Please do not send me any correspondence as though I signed a contract, I tried your service it didn’t work for me and decided to go with another company.
