walmart i purchased a two year extended warranty on a laptop. hard drive crashed 4 times and now their not honoring the warranty, warranty valid until 12-20-12. Internet, Internet

i purchased a toshiba laptop for my son on 12-20 10. since then the hard drive crashed 4 times. twice i sent it back under the manufactures warranty and twice under the extended warranty that i purchased with the computer. the warranty is valid until 12-20-12. the hard drive crashed again and for the last 3.5 weeks ive been calling the extended warranty department for another box to be sent out, the warranty covers the box and shipping label, and now i just keep getting the runaround. i  believe they are purposely trying to run out the extended warranty, so they dont have to give me a refund. i dant want computer. its a piece of crap. its been nothing but a headache. i would like a refund to end all of this aggravation. toshiba is the worst product that i ever had. walmart and toshiba are the biggest ripoff multi-billion dollar industries in the country. if either of these companies backed up thier product, they would have taken care of the problem and gave me a refund already. can you please help me. their treatment toward consumers is pathetic. thank you.
