Warner Health Care - Avlimil Ripoff! Fraudulently charging my credit card. Liars. Cincinnatti Ohio

I called the 800 number to get the free sample of Avlimil. When the sales rep started talking about the managed care direct program, I told him that I didn't want to be included in that. He said that he has to tell me about it, but I don't have to join. I let him tell me about it and then confirmed at the end of his speal that I was not in this program.

Then he went on to tell me about all these other programs and products, that he "had" to tell me about. At the end of the whole thing, I confirmed with him that the only charge on my credit card was going to be the $4.50 for shipping, and I confirmed it more than once, because I was affraid that he would try to bill me for one of the numerous products?programs he was telling me about.

A little while later we recieved the package, my husband was reading the literature that it came with the product and he noticed that it said I was part of the managed care direct program, I told him that I had specifically confirmed with the sales rep that I was not to be a part of this and figured that it was probably just a generic letter sent to everyone. 2 weeks later I was online looking for results that other people had had with Avlimil (the only result I had from it was it nauseated me and thus had an opposite affect of what the product is suppose to do), when I came across a forum that had people ranting about how there credit cards had been charged for the managed care direct program when they never signed up for it.

I became worried and called Avlimil to make sure that it they weren't going to charge me. Turns out they had charged me 35 dollars already and product had already been shipped. I told the customer service rep and she didn't care, she said that they have a "no return, no refund policy and that it was stated in the literature" wich is bull, because I have the literature infront of me right now and it sais no such thing. She refused to tell me who I could talk to to have this fixed, and wouldn't allow me to talk to her supervisor, I was livid.

I called back so I could talk to someone else who would be more helpfull, but i started getting mad and was raising my voice, so she said she would disconnect my call if I didn't settle down, I gave the phone to my husband and she gave him the phone number to make a complaint, which by the way is (513) 674-####. And she also said that if my dr. faxes a statement that I shouldn't take the product, then I might get a refund. I called my bank to see if we could stop any future transactions from them (i cancelled) and the rep I talked to from my bank said that he has been dealing with the same problem, with many of our bank members. He told me to get a cancellation number from them so that I can dispute any further charges.

I called avlimil back to get a cancellation number and they wouldn't give it to me! We are currnely talking with 2 different lawyers. I don't understand how they can get away with this! Warner Health Care is the Largest scam I have heard of to date! Please keep you credit card and bank information away from them. They are thieves!!
