Warranty Activation Headquarters Mepco Insurance Premium Financing Lied about covering all maintenence work. St. Louis Missouri

We purchased an Extended Warranty from Warranty Activation Headquarters which costs $1550 for bumper to bumper coverage with no deductible. We had some maintenence work done last year and at first the Warranty Company said they wouldn't cover it-then they did but not the total bill. I called my agent and he said to fax him the paperwork and he would see to it that we got a refund of $42.50. I faxed the paperwork to him 3 times and I could never get him on the phone and he wouldn't return my phone calls. What a shame that a company has to lie to get customers and then rip them off!
