WAMU DID NOT Post my home loan payment for 2 Months. So they say their computer automatically send a Forclosure notice to the Attorny in the State I live in.
In this case it was Trot and Trot
We contacted them and was reassured it would be cleared up. Meanwhile WAMU has Frauduantly blemished my credit report.
We then contacted a Miss Brenda Harmon in Florida ,and she said calm down,,,we found your payments and posted them., and assured me it would come off my credit report.
Well they never took it off, they forclosed on my home,,,sent it to the Sherrif s sale, bought it back from the sherrif, and said I must be out 3 days before Christmas.
Now it Stands as I Filed A Multi -Million dollor Lawsuit against them for Slander,Ruining my Credit Deformation of characater,And yes NEGLIGANCE on their part...

Missing Something

Ken, I'm missing something here.
Put down the bottle.
Take a deep breath.
Then calmly, clearly and chronologically list the events that took place leading up to the foreclosure notice. Your current post is hard to follow.
Hopefully, a reader with experience in matters such as this can give you some advice.
