Wayne County Friend of The Court A father awarded custody nearly dies as mother Abducts children and father has to pay? Wayne County at it's best Detroit, Michigan

I am writing on behalf of my brother who is disabled physically and with his memory, with his permission and full consent.

He is seeking to know why can't he recieve the proof and or the courts support in his case where his ex-wife,the mother of his 3 children was allowed to abduct their 3 children out of Michigan to Kentucky? He was fighting for his life at the time she did it and he had custody.

My brother filed for divorce in the late 1980's to early 1990's due to his then wife's adulterative was to which he witness firsthand and he asked for and was awarded temporary custody of the children while the divorce proceedings were taking place.

He was awarded the custody and the mother was ordered to pay the minimum in child support payments to where she reported she had no job so it was overturned but my brother was not ordered to pay it either then.

In his care the children were well cared for my brother worked the children that were too young  to attend school were cared for by us family members but they were happy physically, emotionally and did well in school.

my brother while stopped in traffic was hit from behind so hard where his drivers seat broke and he sustained a closed head injury among other physical damages,we nearly lost him.

we went as soon as we could to secure the children as well as be by his side but we found that she had taken them out of school and away from home from a family member and went to Ky.

Can someone explain and help proove to us as to why she was not only allwed to take them against a court order but somehow has my brother forced to pay childsupport?
