In late May of 2005 I purchased a vacation package from an individual. This cost me $315. Approx. two weeks later I received a package from WCC out of Florida outlining the conditions of the package. Because it was requesting maintenance fees and other fees that I specifically asked not to get charged, I blacked out that information before signing and sending in the reservation in mid June 2005 -- vacation confirmation was never sent to me. Vacation time was nearing and nothing. I called them July (13+-) and asked why I had not received my confirmation. I was advised that because I had not sent in the $75 fee. I advised the lady that I had marked out that fee before signing because the individual that had sold this package to me had told me no other fees would be charged. When I told her that I would really much rather not have these problems going on vacation and would like my money back, she told me that I could not get my money back and that I had agreed to that. We listened to the recorded sale where that was stipulated. I asked her to continue the conversation and she heard where I had specifically enforced the fact that I would have no other fees other than paying for my own food and entertainment. (By the way, I was within my 30 days that I sent in the reservation and called to get a refund) She agreed that I was right and said she would send me a free mini vacation and my new reservation form for the Florida vacation. She apologized for the inconveniece and said it would not happen again because she was making notation that I was to be charged nothing when making my reservations.

Well, I never got the reservation form or the mini package. I had to cancel my summer vacation with my kids and promised a spring break. Now, that's not going to happen because I called Jan. 4, 2006 to advise them that I really needed the reservation form to be within my 45 notice of vacation. Another young lady apologized for the inconvenience after I went over the whole issue again, asked for a fax number and said she would fax me the reservation form and mail the mini package. I have gotten neither. Called them again today and spoke to a supposed supervisor, Maria, who said she would book my vacation for me on line. I told her that I was no longer interested in booking a vacation with this company.

All I wanted was my money back. They have given me the run around to many times for one vacation out of 4 that I am suppose to take within a certain period of time. I will probably loose any other chances of taking a vacation or end up spending crazy amounts of money on airfare due to their incompetence. She refused. I requested corporate information or phone number, someone above her that could help, she refused and hung up on me. This happed twice. I told her that she had to give me that information, by law, she was required to if I requested it. She advised me that she didn't have to do anything and hung up. This company is the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I would love to see them go out of business. I there is anyone that is in the same situation and going through a law suit, please help me find someone that can help me. I surely could use the help. I have neither my money or a vacation. My children will truly be disappointed that again we will not be taking a vacation already planned on. And you know kids, they talk about it all the time and to anyone that will listen. This not only heart wrenching for them but humiliating to me.
