As promised, heres the proof that Frank & Tara Jakubaitis dont keep their commitments and dont
do what they say they will do. Its apparent that theyve been pursued by
creditors for many yearsthis is nothing new. By the way, this latest evidence has already been forwarded to the Securities & Exchange Commission SEC and
the Orange County District Attorneys Office to assist them in their
investigation of these two criminals, Frank & Tara Jakubaitis. As youve
now had the opportunity to get to know the REAL Frank & Tara Jakubaitisnot
the phony two-faced actors that they arethe various liens and judgments that Ive included with
this letter provide incontrovertible evidence that Frank & Tara Jakubaitis
have been lying, cheating and stealing for a very long time and that the fraud
that theyve now committed is something theyve been working up to for a long
timetheyve been practicing for 20 years.
As you look through these
liens and judgments that are all public record from the Orange County Recorder
s Office, please remember
how hard you worked for the money that you handed Frank & Tara Jakubaitis.
Notice how many people over the years that Frank & Tara Jakubaitis have
screwed, forcing these victims to turn to the justice system for relief. What Ive included as Exhibits only represents half of what actually exists. Also
keep in mind that some investors in Wecosign gave almost everything they had in
the hope of making a profit someday. Remember that all these investors were
told that Rent.com would soon acquire Wecosign so therefore, as Jakubaitis
would imply, youd be stupid NOT to give him and his wife your money. Although
many investors handed Frank & Tara Jakubaitis $10,000, $20,000 or $30,000; a half dozen or more investors gave them $100,000, $200,000, $300,000 and more! The amount of money that
Frank & Tara Jakubaitis have stolen from you, the investors is staggering
and egregious and they must pay, and
will pay for this act of fraud and theft.
Now that you know the truth
about Frank & Tara Jakubaitis, it will make a little more sense as to why
Wecosign with all its promising appearance has failed miserablyit didnt need

Wecosign has assisted families and individuals across the country gain entrance into apartments and rental homes that they otherwise would have been denied access because of their credit. It is with this goal in mind that we have worked tirelessly with our applicants and properties across the United States to ensure all parties benefit from our service. Properties are offered the service of a pro-active cosigner as an additional qualifying tool to applicants at no cost to the property, thus increasing their tenant base. Applicants, who do not wish to involve family or friends, have the benefit of Wecosign upon approval, and get the opportunity to live at an apartment of their choice.
Wecosign, its founders, principals and shareholders are very much aware of the attempts being made by its detractor's to inflict harm to the companys excellent reputation as well as the reputation of those who daily support the vision and work of this fine business. The allegations and assertions are unfounded, malicious and without merit. The activities and attempts of these individuals are currently under investigation by our attorneys and law enforcement and will be dealt with accordingly at the appropriate time.
