Wedding.com Preys on small wedding vendors. Promises large ROIs, 0% success rate. Keeps credit card on file after you cancel and continues to charge without refunding Internet

I signed up for wedding.com after being solicited by one of their representatives directly. I was lead to believe they were part of a larger network of wedding vendor networking sites, but after signing up with absolutely no business coming from wedding.com after 3 months, it was pretty clear they were not. I called to ask for assistance, thinking I wasn't using the website correctly, I mean when I was using WeddingWire.com, I was inundated with new business right away. The woman on the phone told me that all of the marketing messages I had sent out had all been read and that she felt I should customize my letters to each individual person ask specific questions to engage the potential customer. Fair enough. 

For the next 3 month, I followed her instructions to the letter and booked no weddings from Wedding.com. I sent out hundreds of messages to potential customers and only received 3 return messages stating the couple had decided to go with another vendor. Oh, and these messages were generated by wedding.com because the bride had updated their profile stating they had found a florist, not because they messaged me personally. 

So at the end of month 5, I called wedding.com to tell them that I was unhappy with their service and I would like to cancel. I spoke to a man on the phone whom immediately jumped up and said he was sorry to see me go but that he understood and good luck. To my shock, about a month later, I see a charge for $119 on my credit card statement for wedding.com. I was pissed and called immediately. I spoke with a nice girl on the phone that refunded the $119 and insisted that give me 6 months free on their site. I told her i wasn't interested and that she would REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (key information here, people!) so that after the 6 months was up, I wouldn't be charged and I could do other marketing. that sounded fair to me, so I agreed to the free 6 months. 

During these free 6 months with wedding.com, we went through a change in the company and sold the wedding floral part of our business so I called wedding.com to remove our listing completely. I was told by a gentleman that they would remove it from their end, but it may still be searchable for a few weeks because they Internet remembers stuff. No worries, just cancel the free 6 months and remove the name from your dataBase. The guy said no problem. 

Fast east forward to this morning And I notice a charge for $119.94 on the credit card that was supposed to be removed from wedding.com. I call the 949 number listed on my credit card statement and get a generic voicemail, like a cellphone voicemail for for someone named Brett. I leave a message. Then i go onto wedding.com and call the number for support and it rings a few times and disconnects! I've been trying for 5 hours and nothing. I have a feeling I'm being scammed by a really lousy fake company and it really sucks.
