Wells Fargo Bank NA Returned Check Dep. In ATM after Check cleared,money made available now overdraft fees,rt ck fees etc I HAVE BANKED THERE FOR 15+ yrs anaheim, California

The deposit I made was one I have made several times before 3rd party,  step daughter ( is a minor) signs over to Us and then deposit in the ATM which we always do. we never go inside. Wells fargo processed the check after a 7 day hold (no problem) then made the funds available, I paid bills and the next thing I knew everything was bouncing.

I contacted the bank right away and they said "Oh well we don't take those kinds of checks through the ATM as a matter of fact we don't take 3rd party checks at all. But if you bring in the person who signed the check over to you with proper ID then we will take care of it for you,  once you put the person on your account." I said well which one is it do you take 3rd party checks or not it can't be both ways if i bring in the person its my wifes daughter and this is inheritance money her cousin always makes the checks out to both her and her daughter tax purposes I guess we have been doing this for 2 yrs no problem until this time. Check was good verified by the bank. This started on 12/28/09 I have been fighting with the bank and the Wells Fargo ATM Co ever since. Now my acct is 1000 over drawn late fee,over draft fees NSF fees and they just keep on mounting not to mention the companies i paid bills to still have to have there money. I am unemployed laid off in apr 09 this I can not afford.

Here is the kicker they gave me back the check finally i got it in the mail today.

IT IS A COPY NOT THE ORIG. AND IT IS STAMPED THIS IS A LEGAL COPY OF A CHECK. NO CHECK CASHING PLACE OR OTHER BANK WOULD CASH IT EITHER. EVERYBODY I SHOWED IT TO SAID NO WAY WE WONT TAKE THAT KIND OF CHECK IT IS NOT THE ORIG. TAKE IT BACK TO WELLS FARGO AND DEMAND THEY MAKE GOOD ON IT. AND THEY SAID SORRY CANT HELP YOU.

NOW I AM OUT EVERYTHING THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFFS , LIERS, THEIFS THEY HAVE MY ORIG. AND WONT GIVE IT BACK SAID IT WAS LOST...........
