How can this once a good bank turn into a greedy money taker from people! I am a small business contractor owner,  Since 2 years ago after the economy crash they changed everything for the worse with new fees and raised interest rates for all they want.  The big bosses above the big banks keep telling the people who try to help me that they will not consolidate my debts with excuses of all kinds which I have always paid everything on time and never late!  I am so sick of how they keep coming up with new excuses and b.s. stories that don't make sense!  I just know that they rather make huge amounts of money off me while I can't get my debt down fast as I can.  Also they keep changing the due dates for my visa card and business line of credit which is obivous that they are trying to get me late on a payment by moving the due dates sooner every once a while.  The fees are ridiculous, where I have done nothing wrong and they have made some errors which I tried to correct with them and the people who help me can see it but they have to call up their boss above them and it all comes back that the bosses find a excuse to say to them then to me.  I have lost thousands of dollars thru them.  Is there a lawsuit that I can get through their fine print cracks?  Please help me! And stay away from Wells Fargo, they will hit you later.

AUTHOR: TPope - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 04, 2012

Is there any interest by anyone here in jumping on board with filing a class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo?  If so, please respond.  I saw where the original post mentions wanting to get involved with a suit.  If so, please respond asap. Thanks.

Construction Owner, Feel free to 'Google' this- WHO CONTROLS THE UNITED STATES ECONOMY BY MAJORITY 2010, and watch that video.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 05, 2012

on the web.

The CEO of Wells Fargo appears towards the end of that 4 minute video. You might want to send him a copy of your Ripoff Report also. Since he's the top person at Wells Fargo, it makes sense that he knows how customers, like you, feel about the things transpiring at Wells Fargo.

You can also 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch that video on the web. I believe that the CEO of Wells Fargo appeared in that video too.
(He was one of the nine CEOS in the meeting with former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson when the bankers received $120 Billion in taxpayer's money from the TARP on that particular day.)

Maybe the CEO of Wells Fargo needs to be reminded that the taxpayers of America bailed-out the nine big banks that were all represented in that meeting, right?

Good luck to you.

***NATIONWIDE BANK ALERT: Make sure to type in 453956 at this site and read Jim's Ripoff Report for valuable information if you have money invested in a CD at Wells Fargo bank. Jim cannot get his $100,000 CD that he took out at Wells fargo bank, which was for his grandchildren's college education.

Construction Owner, Since the banking cartel ultimately controls the U.S. Government,....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 05, 2012

Wall Street, Mainstream Media, and much of the Legal System in the USA, it doesn't make much sense to try and sue the banks.

You can contact all of your Local News stations in your city and send a copy of your Ripoff Report to all of their Investigative Reporters. There is a chance that one of them will respond and try to help you. We can logically conclude that there are others in your same situation, right? By exposing your story on TV, it might put pressure on the banks.

You can 'Google' this- 9WANTS TO KNOW STARTS WEEK-LONG PUSH TO HELP HOMEOWNERS, and watch that video and read the articles on the web.

Exposing Wells Fargo bank on TV was successful in helping some of those people in the video, correct? You can do the same thing. You have nothing to lose by trying, right?

Good luck to you.

Tell us

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 05, 2012

For the past two years credit card companies have not been permitted to increase interest rates on current balances unless the account is delinquent, a promotional period has ended or it is a variable interest rate. They are no longer permitted to change the due date.

It is not a rip off if they will not honor your request for debt consolidation.

Tell us about those "new excuses and b.s. stories that don't make sense"

Since 2 years ago after the economy crash they changed everything for the worse with new fees and raised interest rates for all they want
-
And just about every other bank has done this to some extent as well.

The big bosses above the big banks keep telling the people who try to help me that they will not consolidate my debts with excuses of all kinds which I have always paid everything on time and never late!
-
Then find another bank where you can get a loan/line of credit that enables you to pay off Wells Fargo.

I am so sick of how they keep coming up with new excuses and b.s. stories that don't make sense!
-
So what are these excuses and b.s. stories.

Also they keep changing the due dates for my visa card and business line of credit which is obivous that they are trying to get me late on a payment by moving the due dates sooner every once a while.
- There are laws that went into effect a year or so ago that required credit card companies to give set due dates.  However, I don't believe that it applies to business accounts only consumer.  But I would bet over time your due date has varied between a 3-5 day period.  So for every day that they move it up, I would bet that there is a corresponding point when it is moved back.
