Wells Fargo Bank ripoff Charge-off, Ruined my credit, Harrassment for 2 years, sent me to collections without notice & never sent me anything in the mail Sioux Falls South Dakota

I apparently had a Personal Student loan taken out mind you not a Federal student loan. I never signed for it nor did my ex-spouse and apparently it was done back in 1999 so they say. I filed Bankruptcy on it as I had no idea who the company was as it was NOT Wells Fargo at the time. They have harrassed me and I kept saying provide me with proof that I signed anything and this went on for over 2 years. They finally sent me something a week ago October 22, 2004 and it is So not my loan as there are a lot of false information on it that it is not funny.

They now want me to fill out a packet which requires notarization and a police report which I should not have to do. I have been battling with them for something they should not have taken over because it was a personal loan not federal and it was declared in the BK which does not give the right to do what they have done to me. I want the loan off of my credit report.
