During a training exersize, my student and I were just north of Miami,Fl I had just steped in the back my student hit the break hard, I broke my hip and back. about a week of work comp. they quit paying the bill, I was not intrested in suing, I just wanted to work they termnated my employment, abought 5 years later I went back to work for them whitch lasted 5 mo, There reasning for termnation this time was lack of production.

Lack of production? How is this possible when you are dispatched out to pick up a load and then drop it off. You just cannot go riding around looking for a load.
When you drop, you pick up. So how can they justify termination. That does not sound right.
