WESTERN UNION They ripped my off, like a thief in the night, Internet

Called Western Union to send $500 dollars to my family. Western Union said they would do this for a $25 fee. So, ok, needed to do it. I was going threw all the info they needed. But at the end they could NOT process my transaction. 

I figured, fine I will go somewhere else. no problem....... Went to another wire transfer company to send the money, no problem - except, they said I didnt have enough money in my account. I was like, wtf, I know its there. So I checked, and sure enough Western Union took the money. I couldnt believe it. So I called Western Union and they "Couldn't put the money back" because she said "they didnt have authorization". I explained that they didnt have authorization to take money from my account for a transaction that couldnt be completed in the first place. She said, oh well, cant do anything, you have to call your bank and ask them to call us, and then we will refund the money.

So, at this point Im getting pisseder and pisseder. If thats a word. idk.

But anyway, I called my bank, and they said, we can't call them, they have to call us or send us a fax with all the info. I told them that they basically took the money fraudulenty, with out my authorization. They said they could fild a fraud report, but it would take a couple days..... Which I plan on doing. But anyway I called back Western Union.

So, yeah, I called back Western Union, they could "now" call my bank to refund the money. They said they would call my back. NOTHING YET, been a couple of hours.

If I dont hear from them soon, I will have to call them again.

I plan on having my bank file a fraud suit against them, I also plan on filing a report with the BBB, and anything else that right now I'm too mad to think of.

THANK YOU WESTERN UNION FOR RIPPING ME OFF LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT!!!!
