Received a call on voice mail from a 312 area code saying I had won a 2008 Lincoln Navigator and to call 800-743-4814 to claim my prize. I was curious so called and a girl answered asking me who left the message, I could not remember his name. She asked for my full name and said that I was a winner. I just had to come to an address in Williamsburg, VA and she gave me several times/days I could come. There I would get a lottery scratch ticket and could win 1. Lincoln Navigator or $45k in cash; 2. $2500.00 in cash; 3. a 7 day cruise from Florida with airline tickets; or 4. 32" flat screen TV.

She guaranteed me that I would win one of the four prizes. I asked how long it would take and she said 45 minutes. She then asked me to spell out my full name and since I have a double last name did so. Reg Flag - If I had won a prize to something I entered a year ago - wouldn't they have had my full name?

Arrived at the Resort 10 minutes early and was asked to give my driver licence and credit card. I told her the lady said all I needed with a photo ID, she said OK. Then she tells me the presentation would be 90 minutes, I complained that this was not what I had been told and she said I could choose not to participate. Since we were there, why not? As we waited in a crowded lobby, standing, I was called over and asked for a credit card, I told her I was not told to bring one, and she asked for my check book or debit card. I flashed her my debit card and she recorded the date and type. Then we waited some more, after 50 minutes I complained and they said if I had to wait more that an hour I could skip the presentation. My luck, they came in the next five minutes.

We had a personable man do a great presentation on a timeshare which costs from $23k to $32k. We told him that we only cruise once a year and it was a special group cruise. After an hour and a half including a tour of the facility, we said NO, we only want to do our cruise. Then he brought in the big guns -his boss who tried to get us to buy a resale. We said NO and they escorted us down a hallway to claim our long awaited prize.

We waited again in line. They brought me a scratch ticket and wow we won a cruise! Get this: 2 nights Nassau Bahamas Cruise onboard MV Regal Empress - Imperial Majesty Cruiseline (tug boat). OR 3 days/2 nights in Orlando or 3 day/2 nights in Fort Lauderdale - for 0NLY $179 per person. What happened to the 7 day cruise, the airline tickets? Oh yes, the cruise also charges $59 per person for port taxes. What a RIP OFF!

I noticed others got the same prize too and saw their disgrunted faces. We wasted 6 hours of our day seeing one lie after another come to pass.
