Westlake Financial Services California ANTHONY JASPER THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY CAR. SOLD IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST, Internet

I got my car june 19,2010 from a dealership that i now find out is just as crooked as westlake financial. i signed the contract with westlake,they sent me papers saying they are the lien holders on the vehicle. three weeks later there was a discrepancy between me and the dealership in regards to my down payment.

a few days after i got the car i call westlake and tell them that are MAJOR problems with this vehicle. the lady i spoke to said she was going to call the dealership CEDARS AUTOMOTIVE "cincinnati,ohio and ask were they going to make these repairs. i also asked her had they already paid the dealer she said "YES".i never heard back from westlake regarding this matter.

the car needed $1200.00 dollars worth of work +downpayment. the dealer assured me they were going to work with me on the remaining deposit balance because of the extensive repairs the car needed. and their mechanics told me they told this dealership not to sell the car like this is wasnt safe and could cause a serious accident!! they didnt listen!

two days ago the dealer chased chased me away from my home. i pulled into the local police station. the dealer lied to the police and said he had a repo order for the car. but he didnt have any papers to support this. i call westlake and they say they dont see anything on my account that says and they did not order the so-called repo! the dealer calls ANTHONY JASPER who claims he works for westlake. and he says he ordered the repo!? the dealer tells the cops he did a buy back deal!?!?!the police asked him to fax over papers. of course he didnt have any papers!

the lady from westlake told me if i still had my car to go home. but the crooked cops said i couldnt leave. i thought this was a civil matter!? the tow truck pulls up and the cop tells the dealer to hurry up and hook my car up! "WTF" the next day i call wetslake and ask what is going on! and initially they again stated they dont know whats going on! i call this anthony jaspers person i asked what was a buy back he said "buy back..i dont know anything about a buy back" i said well you told the cops you ordered the repo. can you fax me over some paper work that shows a valid repo order! he hung up on me! i later founf out he is a independant agent thru westlake!

i continued to call westlake to find out what the h*lls goin on. they tell me in the middle of our call their recording me. lol im thinking to myself wtf for...my car was stolen! ikept getting the run around they say call aback later,then they say your account is with upper management. i say can i speak to "upper management" they say no!? then one lady yells at me and says i better not be recording them? huh? im like you said you were recording me! by the end of the day when i called back for the 8th time. the same lady answers and says" yes the dealer bought your car back and yuor loan with westlake has been canceled!? i say ok so  i dont we westlake any money she said thats correct. i say when will i receive the papers stating this? she starts yelling u better not be recording this. i just hung up n her. shes a live screw ball!

so my car was basically stolen from me! they stole my down payment! i have no papers to reflect any of their back yard transactions. what kind of finance company handles buisness like this? at this point of time. IM SOOOO THANKFUL I WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! they are rude unprofessional uneducated pathetic pieces of sh**! if you have some credit issues and need a car. i would sell everything in my house first before i would deal with these crooks and scam artist! and i will be contacting the attorney general about their practices!
