I gotmy car in 1/2007 for 301 a month. For about the first 6months they had my social security card wrong I repeatedly called over/over an got diff. customer ser. workers telling me I would been tooken care of and it would be changed Never got back to me after several attemtps/finally saying Im not hanging up until it is done it tookrn care of being told that if it was an erroron me I would be charged found out ERROR ON THEM!
Then found out my payment was wrong I nearly had half my payment taken out and nobody could tell me were my money was going finally talked to someone with commonsence sent me out an adjustment after repeated rude service reps and asking for supervisors to be only connected to an answering machine. Finally talked to one by the name of ARTELIO who is a d**k! has poor customer service skills I was repeatedly yelled at called stupid and hung up on. Called back a couple days later for a print out now I can't get one no recolection of even sending me out an adjustment when I didnt have this falling out I spoke to the rep I wanted now that this has happened and I have reported the to the BBB the repI spoke to ANGIE all of a sudden is always beasy or when I state my name I am left on hold for sometime I FEEL OH WELL then let them hunt me down for the payment.
Not only that I told them I wouldnt make a payment until this was correted and was told it was always a 10 day grace period they harassed me everyday even before my grace period was up constantly calling
They have poor communication skills/rude and should be SHUT DOWN for a lack of a better word. Ibelive they are commiting fraud against people and truly take advantage of people who or tyring to make a living I think we should all band together and sue thier asses
