Wfs is a bunch of crooks. i was late on a car payment i have changed jobs and they wanted my work phone. i refused to give them my work phone number because they have no reason to contact me at my place of work. so they called all of my references who i already de breifed on to ingnore wfs. so wfs took it upon them selves to report to my credit reporting agencies falseiy using my name that that im a victom of credit fraud.
this puts an inquiry in my credit report but it also requires me to update my personal information to all three credit beaureaus. which means adress and place of employment phone numbers ect. ect which i have not done. i must admit they are pretty sharp but arent afraid to ingnore the laws under the fair credit reporting act. now im in process of giving them back the car because of there illegal actions.
