I ordered two boxed sets of DVDs as a Christmas gift for a family member. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When the DVDs arrived, they came with a receipt written entirely in Chinese and had no return address. The DVDs were defective and when I emailed the customer department my email came bounced back as undeliverable and unknown. They use a delivery service called ems.

I visited my local bank this morning and did a chargeback on my credit card for the $131.88 that this "fraudulent" company stole from me for their lousy pirated DVDs. The DVDs are now residing in the trashcan and I will never order outside of Ebay or Amazon again.
