Why Not Lease It Sears Tempoe Didnt and will not honor lease terms Elkins WV

I opted to lease to own a refrigerator from sears last April.  It was explained to me by the owner of the local Sears store here in Elkins WV that i made an initial deposit of 324.00 and make 5 payments of the same and at that time I would be offered a pay off amount to finish the purchase of the refrigerator. 

Sounded like a good deal to me, unbeknownst to me, this idea DOES NOT APPLY TO WV RESIDENTS and the only paperwork you get from them is a receipt printed from the register, nor did he tell me I HAD TO SET THIS UP ONLINE AT THE WHYNOTLEASEIT WEBSITE. 

I am a busy person 24/7 and honestly didnt think about how much time had passed until about November when I realized the monthly 324.00 was still being taken out of my checking acct so I went to the local Sears store thinking they would make it all good.   WRONG!!!!

He gives me a line of bs and a phone number to call to take care of the situation because after the sale or lease agreement at Sears they wash their hands of it and its all on the leasing company from there.

So here it is Feb 01, 2019 and they are still trying to take another payment out of my acct and they have passed the purchase part of the lease onto yet another company.

So now I have paid $3240.00 for an $1890.00 refrigerator and they now tell me the payoff amount is another $984.50.  I explained the whole situation to someone I could barely understand so Im sure he couldnt understand me and I ask him if they would apply the months I paid over the 5month lease term to the payoff balance.  Of course not nor will they refund the amount over that i paid due to nobody telling me about WV residents dont apply and having to set all this up online because this company,like none of the legitimate ones I have dealt with send you a payment book, lease agreeement or anything of the sort.

No paperwork what so ever.

IM PISSED AND I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED YOU SCAM ARTEST BASTARDS, AND SHAME ON YOU SEARS FOR DOING A CONTRACT WITH SUCH A COMPANY.   I BET YOU GOT PAPERWORK WITH YOUR CONTRACT.  WHAT PERCENTAGE ARE YOU RECEIVING FROM THIS SCAM AND EVERY PERSON YOU KEEP TRUTH FROM TO LURE THEM INTO THE WHY NOT LEASE IT PROGRAM.    FROM EVERY UNFORTUNATE PERSON WHO DOESNT HAVE A HIGH INCOME AND HAS TO CHOSE THIS TYPE THING TO AQUIRE NECESSARY THINGS OF HIGHER MONETARY VALUE OR EVERY ELDERLY PERSON ON SS OR DISABILITY WHO HAVE TO CHOSE FOOD OR MEDICINE FOR THE MONTH.  YOU ARE ALL HORRIBLE AND I DONT KNOW HOW YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT.  MAY THE DEMON YOU ARE COME HAUNT YOU IN YOUR SLEEP
