they are not a mortage co. they are simply a debt clooector they betray to be a mortage co. but they r not they do not help anyone in a bind all they want is there money they are a total ripp off and no one should use there company for a loan.

So good news is when you call in that you'll hear our Mini Miranda stating that 'Wilshire is the SERVICER and DEBT COLLECTOR of your Mortgage and any information you provide can be used to collect a debt' We don't claim to be a 'mortgage company' nor do we claim to be a 'lender' all we do is service the loans.
