Wilshire Credit Corporation RIP OFF DIECEITFUL NEGLIGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY Portland Oregon

I want to get this out to anyone whom has dealings with this company.

They are deceptive and nothing is done about them. My home loan was acquired by wilshire company and they did not pay my homeowners insurance policy which was always apart of my payment. They let the policy lapse which I had with safeco insurance for 15years even though safeco had sent wilshire the bill for my homeowners insurance was to be included this was apart of the original contract.

They, meaning wilshire, let my policy lapse with safeco then they went and put there own policy on which was a forced policy doubling the insurance premium and not even providing me with what I originally had.

They had no right doing this. I fought with them even called them many times they would leave me on hold, disconnect the line after finding out why I was calling. Saying they were putting me through to the correct department just to have me put through to the wrong department.

Nothing is done about this company and I want my old insurance company back now that they let this lapse in april of 2006 and now they have their policy on, they have increased my payments.

I'm frustrated I would never do business with this company again and they are crooks and nothing is done about them. I, for one, am upset that these mortgage companies can bundle off their loan packages and sell them to whomever they want without us the consumer having a right to say no I dont want you causing for myself in this case to lose my home homers insurance. They did this on purpose so their underwriting department could make money. I wish there was something legally that could be done about this
