I am a real estate agent,i represent a client who is losing her home. I have spent hours and hours/per week since may 08-feb 09 waiting on their phone lines to speak with an agent of the bank.

If you go to Wilshire's telephone lines( trust me i have tried them all) 888-917-1051, 888-313-7538,
I have even sent faxes, and when i finally get through to them, they say they have not recieved faxes, i have sent viable offers to them and lost 4 buyers due to their slow pace and not wanting to help their customers

I have even tried to payoff the loan,in an attempt to speak with an agent, even this tactic failed there phone lines do not lead anywhere, they just send you round in loops.

Do not deal with this BANK.
