Wipe New Confusing and rip off artists virginia beach, Virginia

I saw the ad on TV for Wipe new and thought it would be a good product to try on the plastic cladding on my vehicle.  So, I called to order and was led through an endless round of "another great product you may want."  I refused all but the $19.95 special.  I then saw a charge of $233.79 on my card and called to finnd out what was going on.  They indicated I had ordered several bottles and that was the charge.  After the rep talked to a manger, I was told if I returned it I would only be charged $38  or so. So, when it arrived, I promptly took it to the post office, returned it priority for $9.70.Recieved a credit to my account of $169.87.  So I called and was told that the difference of $63.92 was for postage.  $63.92 for postage when I  returned it for $9.70?  I really wanted to try this product but I am scared to death of I should order again.  They need much better customer relations.  As a matter of fact, with customer relatons like this, they do not deserve to be in business.
