I signed up for service through wirefly. Shortly found out our phones were always roaming; my husband calls to find out why and he was told everything is fine t-mobile is merging with AT&T and we would not be charged for roaming, just the amount we agreed too. We did not have large bills; however we recieve a letter from t-mobile letting us know the merge with AT&T was "not" going to take place, and all roaming charges and data charges were being raised and we would be responsible for roaming charges.

Out of fear of large bills we contacted t-mobile. T-mobile respectfully agreed to  end the contract in accordance with their own contract rules. I thought everything was finished, and got a new phone with service through another company. Two weeks after t-mobile ending our contract I receive a bill from Simplexity wireless through e-mail. The email states I failed to keep contact with t-mobile for 181 days. I was confused, and called t-mobile; the customer service rep.

told me that they had adjusted and fixed my account and those charges where not coming from them; rather the third party company SIMPLEXITY/WIREFLY. I tried to contact simplexity; however they won't give me any reasonable explanation for charging me $400 dollars for each phone. I was floored by this. I was let out of my contract for good reason, and wirefly does not want to accept that. They have poor customer service, and their contract is invalid; they don't have you sign anything; it's just a bad company; or immature at that. I just wouldn't trust giving them any of my info.
