I placed an order on-line with www.wirefly.com on May 2,2007 for a Cingular red pearl blackberry.The add read with rebate of $80.00,but the phone was advertised as free( not after rebate this was an additional savings). So I was not approved for cingluar but a customer rep named Shetall located in India call my cellphone and offered me a phone from T-mobil the black pearl blackberry.

She stated the phone was free and there would be a one time activation fee of $35.99. The rep Shetall than called back on May 3 and said the total cost would be $78.00 so I cancelled the order over the phone. I was sent a confirmation of of order # xxxxx3731 cancellation on May 3 2007 at 12:09 est. They utlized the same order number for both order from cingular and T-mobile.

After I cancelled the order on the May 3 I check my balance on my credit card and found that they have charged my card after the fact. I have paperwork that can validate the cancallations.

I contacted customer service at 866- 424- 3946 explained what happened that both order were cancelled but they insisted that I agreed to pay the $78.00 and it would be refunded to my card 7-10 days. Of course I flip out because this was not stated intially. After contacting customer service at least 10x the situation is still not rectified. I got a fax number and sent the cancellations notices to the attention of a supervisor that was supposedly located in the US. But all wirefly does is reroute the calls to INDIA.

As of 5/8 nothing aimicable has been rectified. So I am still out of my money.

Wirefly use an old principle of Bait and switch. This internet company is not reptuible. I would not suggest any one purchase from them.
