Woman Within Sent coupon for a free quilt, now refuse to send it. Ordered merchandise poor quality. Indianapolis Indiana

 They sent me an email coupon after I left my shopping cart open. The coupon was for a free quilt ($39 value) with an order over $50. I selected jeans and a package of undies.

The undies shrank on first wash and are unwearable.

The jeans are very thin denim, and grossly overpriced for such shabby merchandies, although they are certainly long enough and actually to big even after washing.

The quilt showed on the order, but never arrived. The automated conusmer page was no help but a live person emailed the quilt would be here in a week. Yesterday the emails switched to "your order is cancelled" and the live person today quite tartly pointed out that coupons are only 'good while supplies last."

They have made no offer to send something of equal value, adjust the price, or eat the postage on the returns of the other items. Their 'easy-return" policy carries a $7 fee deducted off the return credits.

In summary: bait and switch on the coupon, shabby merchandise, and lack of customer service.
