have not used this company for over two months but the keep on chargeing my account of 5.17 per month i have no idea where they are located .i can not find there phone number on the web if any one can help.many thanks

Unfortunately, Dave did not provide us with enough information that we could use to find the account in question. Once we have this information, we will be happy to cancel any accounts he may have with our service and refund all charges. We encourage Dave to contact us directly.

Each time we send a charge to a credit card, we include a toll-free number (specific to the user's country of origin) that the customer can use to contact us if he has any questions or concerns. Since Dave states he is located in the UK, the toll-free number provided on his credit card statement was 00-800-4374-3637. Customer Care representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additionally, we provide a link to both telephone and email contact information on each page of our website. We look forward to resolving the issues that Dave has mentioned once he contacts us.
