I checked my account this morning and found three charges from this company. One for $1.00, one for $41.83 and another for $17.93. This caused my account to go into overdraft by almost $40.00! I have reported this information to my bank as a fraud charge.

I don't know who this company is or how they charged my account. I am a single mother currently working out of state to provide for my son, and they have screwed up my account and left me with no money to send back home to my son for the week for his care!

We found Victoria's account with the iFriends service, using the information she provided in her report. Because Victoria states that her credit card was used fraudulently, all charges have been refunded and the information used to create the account has been permanently blocked.

The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of Victoria's personal information, including her credit card number, credit card security code, and email address. This person chose to access premium fee-based areas of the service, which resulted in the charges that Victoria listed in her report. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges, and those refunds should be processed within the next 5 to 7 business days.

We urge Victoria to contact us directly so that we can provide her with additional information that we have about the account. Our Customer Care department can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll-free 1-800-243-9726. Within the time that I created this original report, two more charges were applied to my account! For $3.98 and $33.58.

My card has now been closed and a fraund report has been filed by my bank. Because of my card being closed, I have no access to my account since my home bank is not loacted in the state I am currently working in! So until this is resolved, I am stuck in a state with no money, no way to access money, and no money to send home to my child!!

I have to go after work and file a police report and wait until a new card can be issued to me from my bank back home.
