I live on a below poverty level fixed income. I ordered this tea for $1.95 for the first two weeks. The website said the first month is on them. Well not exactly... when you get involved with this scam company you don't get out. The first charge on my credit card was 1.95 then another charge for 59.95 two days later then 4.95 one day later then today another 9.95. All this happened after I went to their online service (live) and told them to cancel my account with them and do not take any money out of my account. They did anyway. It has caused checks to bounce because these scammers are ruthless. The only way to stop these scabs is to close your bank account, which I'll do tomorrow. Do not deal with these scabs!!! They said my money is on the way, ha, we'll see. I can not say strongly enough, do not do business with this trash! Go to the dollar store and get a box of tea for a dollar and the start exercising because you will come out better. Next time I post about this company I'm not going to sugar coat it like I did this time.

Your insincere form letter you sent to the most angry victims of the wu-yi scam does not make nice with anyone. The last thing stated in your form letter is "Your satisfaction is our number one concern", if that's true you can start by refunding the four overdraft charges at $35 a piece that your company cost me because of the bogus charges that were put on my debit card. At that point I may have a better review of wu-yi and it's cohorts. Of course we know that's not going to happen so I've made it my mission to inform everyone of this Chinese scam that's able to skirt American laws and use puppets like you to do their bidding. If I had a digital camera I would have made a special video to put on youtube just to warn Americans about scam site. You should be ashamed to be a part of this!
