My 14 year old daughter ordered this. Tried it. It didn't work so we sent it back. I called the ccompany multiple times. I was given permission/extension given to send the product back because we couldn't find the third bottle. S-Out refuses to acknowledge that they gave us an extension to send in and is threatening my daughter with a collection agency.
