x3 Logistics Order trucks - don't use, don't pay Aurora, Colorado

X3 Logistics contacted our company to travel 100 miles to pick up tractor load of parachutes to bring back to our warehouse so they could be picked up next day.  Travelled to shipper's address, loaded freight into truck, then was advised that freight had to be sealed and gone directly to Texas from Georgia.  As that was not the delivery requested, truck had to be unloaded and driver came back 100 miles empty.  8 hours waiting time for the day plus 200 miles of time and diesel.  Broker gave incorrect information even though he knew what pickup involved.  Stated numerous times check was in the mail but they never paid.  Shipper advised us to turn in a "Truck ordered - not used" invoice and he would make sure it was processed.
