Xtreme HCA Healthconnect ripoff, bad company internet California
This company uses a third party customer service that can only cancel your subscription. They told me I had fifteen days to cancel but they didn't tell me It starts when you order not when you receive it. The first person I talked to was very rude, told me she was the supervisor and there was no one else to talk to. I called back and spoke to joe who explained that they are a middle man and can't really help with refunds. Ill try to contact health connections, its logo is on the bottle maybe they can help. I'm so disappointed and angry, and I lost a hundred dollars.
