YA YA Creations Shipped my order incorrectly and expected me to pay for it. El Monte California

I placed and order with them for some floating candles. I ordered half Ivory and half Lavendar. At first I thought no big deal people make mistakes. So I contacted them and told them about the mistake. They then told me that what I could do is place a new order for the Ivory candles (and repay for shipping) and then when I get those back I can pay to ship the incorrect candles back to them. When they get the incorrect candles back they will refund me everything but the shipping fee. Yeah sounded odd to me to. So I asked them if they were serious and if they really expected me to pay for shipping 3 times for a mistake they made. They told me they thank me for my cooperation and understanding and that I must understand that they can't justify refunding me the shipping fee because it isn't really a shipping fee it is a handling fee. Same thing to me.

I just now contacted them Via their Live Chat option and I was told well they ran out of Ivory dye so they just sent all lavendar. ??????????? Hello I told her had I wanted all lavendar I would have ordered that and that these are for my wedding so yeah I am a little particular.

So basically I was screwed and nothing was resolved. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
